At Barcelona New Economy Week 2025, Grasshopper pitched its autonomous cargo drone directly to Spanish Prime Minister Pedro S ánchez.
Barcelona, Spain, September 29th, 2025 - Grasshopper Air Mobility was selected to present its autonomous flight-drive cargo drone solution during the Prime Minister’s visit to DFactory Barcelona, hub of Catalonia’s Industry 4.0 ecosystem. Among ~40 companies on the floor, Grasshopper was invited to deliver a focused, one-minute pitch.

Our flight-drive architecture for inside-to-inside deliveries, with a live proof-of-concept on display
Priority use cases in cold-chain pharma and time-critical logistics
Our plan to industrialize in Spain, and optimize logistics across Europe and around the globe.
Following the pitch, we will now seek to coordinate discussions with relevant ministries, agencies and regional governments to accelerate our development.
