Grasshopper Air Mobility is the new startup located in the Logistics Incubator 4.0 of the Consorci de la Zona Franca de Barcelona (CZFB) and that develops sustainable drones to solve logistics problems.
Barcelona. Through its collaboration with Barcelona Drone Center, the startup is beginning to develop a drone with the capacity to transport merchandise of between 3 and 5 kilos and that will have a range of 100 kilometers.
The idea is to carry out the first pilot tests at the end of 2025.

The co-founder and CEO of Grasshopper Air Mobility, Jakob Saalfrank, tells Diario del Puerto that the five-year goal is to develop a drone that has the capacity to transport 350-kilo pallets 200 kilometers away. “We want to differentiate ourselves from our competitors based on the weight we can transport and the distance we can travel,” says Saalfrank.
