2. What this website is for
This site exists to describe who we are and what we build. It is an information site for businesses, investors and press. Nothing is sold through it, no account can be opened on it, and no contract is concluded through it.
Descriptions of aircraft, capabilities and timelines are statements of our work and our intentions at the date shown. They are not offers, warranties or commitments, and they may change. Images labelled as renders or as generated are exactly that, and are labelled where they appear.
3. Using the site
You may read this site, and quote or link to it, for lawful purposes. You may not use it to do anything unlawful, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to any system connected to it, interfere with its operation, or extract its content systematically for republication as your own.
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time.
4. Intellectual property
The content of this site belongs to Grasshopper Air Mobility, S.L. or is used with permission, and is protected by intellectual property law. That covers the text, photographs, video, renders and drawings, the Grasshopper name and logo, and the design and code of the site itself.
Quoting a short passage with attribution and a link is welcome. Reproducing substantial parts of the site, or using our name or logo in a way that suggests endorsement, requires our written permission. Press may use material from our News pages for reporting about us. Write to [email protected] if you need originals.
Some news items reproduce coverage published by third parties. Rights in that coverage remain with the original publisher, who is credited and linked in each case.
5. Links to other sites
Where we link to another organisation’s website, we do so for reference. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
6. Liability
We take care that what we publish is accurate at the time of publication, but we give no warranty that the site is free of error or always available. To the extent Spanish law permits, we are not liable for loss arising from use of the site or from reliance on its content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Governing law
This notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Barcelona, except where consumer protection law gives a consumer the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
