2. Purpose and acceptance

This legal notice governs access to and use of the website grasshopperairmobility.com (hereinafter, the “Website”), owned by Grasshopper Air Mobility, S.L. (hereinafter, the “Owner”). Browsing the Website confers the status of user of it (hereinafter, the “User”) and implies full and unreserved acceptance of each and every provision of this legal notice, which may be amended as set out in clause 8.

The purpose of the Website is to describe the Owner’s activity and the developments it undertakes. It is an information site addressed to businesses, investors and the press. No product or service is marketed through it, no account may be opened on it and no contract is concluded through it.

Descriptions of aircraft, capabilities and timelines constitute statements as to the Owner’s work and intentions at the date shown. They do not constitute an offer, a warranty or a commitment, and they may change. Images identified as renders or as generated are exactly that, and are identified as such where they appear.

3. Conditions of access and use

Access to the Website is free of charge and requires no prior registration. The User undertakes to make proper use of the Website in accordance with the law, good faith, public order, trade usage and this legal notice, and shall be liable to the Owner or to third parties for any loss or damage that may be caused as a result of a breach of that obligation. Reading the Website, and quoting or linking to it, is authorised for lawful purposes.

The User is expressly prohibited from, among other conduct:

• Using the Website for unlawful purposes or effects, or in a manner injurious to the rights and interests of third parties, or which may in any way damage, disable or overload the Website or prevent its normal use.
• Introducing computer programs capable of causing damage to the physical or logical systems of the Owner or of third parties, or carrying out acts liable to alter, impair or interrupt their operation.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Website, to any system connected to it or to restricted areas, or extracting information from either.
• Infringing the intellectual or industrial property rights of the Owner or of third parties, or extracting the content of the Website systematically for republication as the User’s own.

The Owner reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any part of the Website at any time and without prior notice.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The content of the Website belongs to the Owner or is used with due authorisation, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property law. That covers the text, the photographs, the video, the renders and the drawings, the Grasshopper name and logo, and the design and code of the site itself.

Quotation of short passages is authorised where the source is indicated and a link to the Website is provided. Reproduction of substantial parts of it, or use of the Owner’s name or logo in a manner suggesting endorsement, sponsorship or association, requires prior written authorisation. The press may use material published in the News section to report on the Owner. Requests for original material may be addressed to media@grasshopperairmobility.com.

Certain news items reproduce coverage published by third parties. Rights in that coverage belong to the original publisher, who is credited and linked in each case.

5. Links to third-party sites

Links to another organisation’s website are provided by way of reference. The Owner does not control those sites and accepts no liability for their content, their availability or their privacy practices.

6. Exclusion of warranties and of liability

The Owner takes care that published content is accurate at the time of publication, but does not warrant that the Website is free of error or available without interruption. To the extent permitted by Spanish law, the Owner is not liable for loss or damage arising from access to the Website, from its use or from reliance placed on its content. Nothing in this legal notice excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

7. Personal data protection and cookies

The processing of personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy. The Website uses no cookies, which the Cookie Policy explains in detail.

8. Amendment of this legal notice and partial invalidity

The Owner reserves the right to amend this legal notice, in which case the version in force shall be that published on the Website at any given time, showing its date of last update. Should any of its clauses be declared void or ineffective, in whole or in part, that declaration shall affect only the clause concerned, and the remainder of the legal notice shall remain in full force.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from access to or use of the Website, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona, save where consumer protection legislation confers a different forum on a consumer.
