It began with a commute in an Austrian village, and a vehicle that could drive and fly so a journey never had to choose between the two.

Carrying people ran straight into regulation and cost. Cargo does not. The economics there are measured rather than felt, and a route either pays for itself or it does not, so we turned the same idea toward freight.

How we work

Logistics first, aircraft second.

The idea arrived in 2018, on a commute: twenty kilometres to a headquarters in an Austrian village, an hour in each direction by public transport. The question it produced was why there were no flying cars. The answer had to fly itself, be shared rather than owned, and run clean.

Carrying people failed on regulation and cost, not on engineering. In 2023 we pointed the same idea at freight and founded the company in Barcelona at the end of that year.

Most cargo aircraft are designed as aircraft and then offered to logistics. We start from a route somebody already runs, the handling at both ends and the cost per shipment they already know, then ask what would have to be true for flying it to be better.

That order is why the first aircraft was designed together with the robotics that loaded it, and why we closed that chapter when a study with a client showed a different aircraft answered a bigger problem. Being attached to a design is how a hardware company spends five years being wrong.

We are three founders in Barcelona with four advisors and a collaborator behind us, and we would rather be right than committed.
